Our cutie--3 months

Quite possbily the cutest baby ever!!

Thankful for Grandma Joyce

Kathryn, Tom, Jared, Kendra and Kenneth visited Grandma Joyce's house the day after Thanksgiving. We both hosted a meal at our homes the day before, so this worked out perfectly. We enjoyed one of Kendra's pies together and caught up before Kendra and Kenneth had to leave to make the long trek back to school, work, and the football game.

And Jared found Grandma's backscratcher...

Emily's 1st Halloween

Here was our little "pumpkin" on Halloween.

Pie making!

Though Kendra and Kenneth ruled the pie-making (and pie-eating), they DID use a little bit of child slave labor to get things done...

The Feast

At the great feast...Look at those beautifully folded napkins (Kenneth's hidden talent!). He also made a pumpkin cheesecake and homemade salad dressing. Kendra made pies, helped with the turkey, rolls, cleaning -- pretty much the right-hand woman! Kara & Chuck brought 3 kinds of delicious potatoes and 2 types of cute kids. We're thankful we were all able to be together. Kendra and Kenneth made it back in time to work and watch BYU beat UofU in the annual grudge match.

Kendra the Fashionable Aunt

Kayden looked quite fashionable in Kendra's sunglasses. Little Kayden has the most amazing beautiful blond curls. Kendra and Kathryn had fun "styling" it for her in front of the closet mirror.

Kenneth the Lego Uncle

Kenneth jumped right into his uncle role and built like crazy with Corbin. They've been playing for 2 hours now!

Halloween and beyond!

Hi everyone! I thought I'd just update you all on the happenings at BYU. Kenneth and I have been having a great semester. We are taking one class together so I can keep an eye on him and make sure he's not playing too hard.

Here are some pictures of this semester. The first two are Halloween. I was a gold digger. I figured I needed to start looking out for my future (kidding, kidding). And Kenneth was the blackout ipod guy. Note that he is surrounded by a gaggle of girls, not something unusual for Mr. Kenneth Price.

Next week we are headed down to California to spend Thanksgiving with Kara and Kathy and their little families. I'm really excited for it and can use the break from Provo and school. It's been pretty intense. But only a month left of being a BYU student! Which is so weird. I don't know if I'm ready to grow up and become a real person.

And just for fun I'm including some pictures of this semester. This beauty was taken after True Blue Football where I played in blue foam with friends. We slide down the hill, tackled and tried to get as blue as possible. It's a great BYU tradition!

This one is from Texas Day. My friend Helena and I were bored one day so we dressed up like Texans, spoke in accents and ate fried chicken.

And this is Kenneth's very first day of school. How cute.

Kathryn's Concert

Kathryn played in the South Coast Symphony concert on Nov. 9th. Grandma, Uncle Mark and Beatrix came all the way to hear it. The soloists were fantastic. And it was SO nice to have family in the audience. I just realized a week after the concert that the soprano was Miss California 2006. Ha ha! No wonder she was so amazingly friendly and pretty!

Emily's Blessing

Emily had her baby blessing in September. Mom and Dad were able to be there for the event. Lindsay's mom wrote the following on the Baxter Family website, http://www.baxgen.com/:

"Emily's baby blessing was very special. She wore the dress Becci, Natalie and Lindsay were blessed in. This made grandma B very happy. She also wore the slippers that cousin Lia was blessed in, which made aunt Kirstin happy too. The two grandfathers, Mike and Jeff were in the circle along with other friends of Lin and Kirk. Emily was blessed to be healthy and strong, to do well in school and to increase in intelligence, to be a benefit to her family and friends, to be kind and helpful to her future brothers and sisters. She was also blessed to gain a strong testimony of the Gospel and to serve well in the callings she may receive in the Church. It was a wonderful blessing and a precious experience for us all to participate in."
