Happy New Year everyone!! I know I've been absent for a while, but I thought I'd share a few pictures. Cyrus and I went to San Francisco over Thanksgiving and it great! It was my first time going to the city (at least that I remember). Cy and I took his brother Ben along with us on our little adventure and had a grand ol' time. We hiked all over the city and saw many wonderful sights.

Here are the famous San Francisco Sea Lions! I was slightly disappointed that there were only a few lions. But it was November, maybe a little too chilly for sea lions?
Alcatraz in the background. Someone please help my hair.
Candy!
I took this picture for Kathryn. Our little lefty.
Alcatraz from afar.

Where we ate some delicious soup in sour dough bread bowls.
Famous San Francisco Sour Dough Bread

Cyrus got tired of me taking pictures.
We went to the Marine time Museum

I love boats

I'm a Sea Fox!
Eating sundaes at Ghirardelli. Cyrus is REALLY excited about it.

This is why I don't give Cyrus the camera.
Very scenic
I've never seen streets like these!

And now one of my favorite parts of the trip. Fulfilling my childhood fantasy of San Francisco....

We rode a trolley!! Hanging off the side! It was a dream come true. Sure we almost got scraped off after a car came a little close in the trolley lane. But it was so fun!
The End.

Science Center Memories

Remember going to the Pacific Science Center all the time back in Seattle? Well, we finally packed up and spent the day at our Orange County equivalent -- the Discovery Science Center. Excellent way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Check out what we saw...

Aaaa! Horray, we saw a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton in person! This is what Jared had been hoping to see for a LONG time.
Inside "the Cube"
Waiting for the next 8.0 Earthquake -- made me want to go home and bolt down all the furniture!
Hey Tom, I think something is on your back...
3D glasses - fun for all
"Mom, I'm not so sure about this crazy room..."

Wondering how astronauts got in and out of the shuttle...
Interactive Hockey was a hit with the boys.
Look, Mom! Stegosaurus femurs!

Full of Thanks
